Whats bizarre about this pic is that it says 33% more chips. Me honestly wouldnt know how much more chips are inside the bag. That's just confusing to others because of the 33%.I think the only thing necessary is where it says "compare our 8oz bag to 6oz competitors". The bigger the bag, the more the chips.
They say they have 33% more chips. This is true, stacy's 8 ounce bag has more pita chps in it then the competitors 6 ounce bag but its only really 33% MORE if stacy's 8 ounce bag is the same price as the competitors 6 ounce bag
I agree with Landon! They should've told us if their chips and the competitor's chips cost the exact same amount, because then it'd make more sense. People would be sure that they are spending a sufficient amount of money, and not getting ripped off.
Just because the bag is bigger, doesn't mean there always the right amout of chips. I mean theres no way that Stacy's will put exactly 33% more chips in the bag.
Kinda like how you open a bag of chips and its half air and half chips -.-" They say there more but there really isn't, just cuz its there doesn't mean its true
This is extremely odd.. They're bag is like 2 oz more than their competitors. So why is it just 33%? If you were to convert 8 oz to percent it would be 0.02821916952 multiply that by 100. you would get 2.82. Convert 6 oz to percent it would be 2.11. So how would they get 33? If the percentage is added up would barely get 5. Maybe I'm mathmatically wrong... but this is making my head hurt!!!!
add 33% (or 1/3) of 6 to 6, and you get 8... just because they have more chips in a bigger bag does not mean they give you more chips.
I agree with Landon and Tariro that unless they sell the 8 oz. bag for the same amount of money as their competitor's 6 oz bag, they are not selling more chips.
I agree with the above comments. It is pretty much a setup for the consumer to buy these chips if they don't observe the picture carefully. If this bag is 8 oz and it says it has 33% more chips then 6 oz bag of chips, well of course they will have 33% more chips. 1/3 in decimal is .33 and that in a fraction is 33%. So if you add 33% to a 6 oz bag you will get 8 oz. So it is fact BUT like the above comments said, if the prices are the same then the consumer gets a good deal here but if they cost more then well it is a scandel that is tricky. and well this comment is really similar to the one aboves... i have to start commenting earlier.
